Mosaic
The lab has a special software package that allows you to create a mosaic effect with any image. Notice how the flower to the left is actually made up of dozens of different smaller pictures. Your goal will be to create 4 examples of Mosaic's.

FACE SWAP

We will utilize Photoshop in class to manipulate several images. One of your first tasks will be to swap your face and put yourself into a photo.
Talking To Myself

Another Photoshop project will have you capture multiple images of yourself in a photo. It is vital that you select an apporpriate camera location. Also, using a tripod for this picture is a must.

Color Pop

Utilizing Layer Masks in Photoshop, we will be able to turn an image Black and White, and allow small details to show through in color. As you capture images, think about photos you have taken that would be fun to add this effect.
Mirror Flip
The Mirror Flip project will utilize one image you have captured to create a mirrored effect. The image will be added four different times and rotated to create a unique perspective. We will use adjustment settings to create a dynamic image.

Portrait Illustration
Using one of your Self Portraits, create a blank layer in Photoshop and paint an image of you. Use both the Pencil and Brush tool to create an illustration of your photo.

Body Swap

Similar to Face Swap. Put your whole body into a famous, or historical photo.
